Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by eu news 24/7 Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
